Processing Times

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. During busy periods, launches or sales, processing may take a little longer.

UK Shipping

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to the postal service and delays can occasionally occur outside of our control.

United States Orders

We currently ship to the United States.

Please note that any applicable DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) charges, import duties, tariffs or related import fees are not included at checkout.

Where additional DDP charges apply, you will receive a separate invoice by email after placing your order. This invoice must be paid before your order can be dispatched.

Please ensure the email address supplied with your order is correct and regularly checked.

European Union

We are not currently shipping to countries within the European Union.

We hope to review our international shipping options in the future.

Other International Orders

International shipping availability will be shown at checkout. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or other import charges applicable in their destination country.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or redirected.
